Get A Free Lancome Juicy Tube!!!
I know I promised no Lancome for a loooooong time, but this is too good to pass up!
Here's the deal: Bring the April cover of Seventeen Magazine to a Lancome counter at any Nordstrom and receive a FREE LANCOME JUICY TUBE!!! You get your pick of four shades, each with limited edition packaging. I'll try to get some pics of them when I go, but I'm not sure when that will be. This offer is, of course, while supplies last only, so hurry!
I've heard of people bringing a printout of the cover as well, but I don't know if you can do that. If you don't have a subscription to Seventeen, I'd try that first because I've heard that it works. If not, just buy the issue. I'm pretty sure it's under four dollars. Considering that a Juicy Tube coasts $18, I don't think that's bad at all.
Here's the cover:

If you take advantage of this offer, let me know how it goes!

Tarina Tarantino Is Now At Sephora
Tarina Tarantino has launched a makeup collection with Sephora, inspired by her jewelry line.
I have to say, however, I'm not really liking the packaging that much.
The eyeshadows ($19):
The lipstick ($22):
The packaging reminds me a lot of Hard Candy (it's old packaging) and Stila, which I really have a gripe with. If I'm going to spend around $20 on a single product, I want it to look like I spent that much, but these just kind of look cheap to me. Idk, maybe they need to be seen in person....
Not all is bad however. The lipsticks and eyeshadows have a fairly good selection in terms of shades. And I did see a few things that caught my eye:
The cream eyeshadows ($19):
The shimmer dust ($39):
And the brush set ($69):
Overall, I think that it's more of a novelty brand than a high quality makeup brand. If you're into brands like Anna Sui and Bourgois I think that you might like this. Personally, I think it's a bit overpriced.

The people over at GA were kind enough to include a few instructions on how to create the "Greige" eye look!
The "Greige Eye Look (By Linda Cantello)
“Eye shadow is about shading. Rather than adding shadows, these muted tones contour and define, accentuating the eye and the pupil; the focus is actually on the eye itself. My favorite is the Greige and charcoal duo shade palette, but the pale lilac grey and fuchsia offer a really beautiful pop of color.”
Use the Greige shade to contour the eye by sweeping the shadow along the crease of the eye. Follow by sweeping the shade under the lower lash line and over the upper lash line. Use charcoal to add intensity. A second option is to sweep the charcoal shadow over the whole lid and use the Greige to blend. For added intensity, apply midnight blue eyeliner along the upper lid lash line.

Smashbox Summer: Untamed
Here's Smashbox's summer collection. The description on Sephora states, "The lush, smoldering shades of the tropical African landscape is the inspiration for Smashbox's safari-inspired summer collection. Unleash your new, untamed look." Sounds good to me! Smashbox is a brand that I've just started looking at. For some reason, something about this brand just didn't appeal to me in the past. Whatever it is, I'm over it now, haha! Their eyeshadow's, lipglosses, and primers are awesome! Here's the breakdown of products:
Untamed Waterproof Shadow Liner Trio ($29)
>Savage
>Exotic
Untamed Lip Gloss ($18)
>Flesh
>Raw
Untamed Double-Ended Eye Brightner ($22)
Untamed Highlights Cheek Luminizer ($24)
>Aglow
Untamed Creamy Cheek Color ($24)
>Untamed
